These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of landscaping, kerbing, and driveway services (“Services”) by PRESTIGE KERBING AND LANDSCAPING (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“Client”, “you”, “your”). 2. Services

We provide landscaping, kerbing, and driveway installation and maintenance services as described in our quotes or proposals. All work will be carried out in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen circumstances arise. Any additional work not included in the original quote will be charged separately and must be agreed upon in writing.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit may be required before work commences. The balance is payable upon completion of the Services, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, cash, or other methods as specified on your invoice. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month.

5. Access and Site Preparation

You must provide us with clear and safe access to the work site. It is your responsibility to ensure that the site is free from hazards and that all necessary permissions or approvals (including council permits, if required) are obtained prior to commencement of work.

6. Materials and Products

We use quality materials and products for all our Services. Where specific products or materials are requested by you, we will endeavour to source them, but cannot guarantee availability. Any warranties on materials are provided by the manufacturer and not by us.

7. Variations and Delays

Any variations to the agreed scope of work must be requested in writing and may incur additional charges. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, supply shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel the Services, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee to cover costs incurred.

9. Liability

We are insured for public liability. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of our Services. Our liability is limited to the value of the Services provided.

10. Warranties

We warrant that our Services will be provided with due care and skill. Any defects in workmanship must be notified to us in writing within 14 days of completion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or events outside our control.

11. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information for the purpose of providing our Services and as required by law. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

12. Governing Law
